Hazards of oil dispersants

I found that although much of the oil is gone, it still poses a
large threat to the reopened beaches that are oiled. The oil is depositing along the beaches,were people and children play. It also could sink and affect the clams and birds along the shore. It has now become a public health hazard along the gulf of mexico's beaches.
